"I normally dry hop for 2 weeks but Have also left them in the keg untill empty, Normally 4 weeks until its empty and did not have any off flavors. ( that was with whole hops) but most of my dry hops are pellets."

"The last (5gal) IPA I made had 4 oz of dry hops (whole and pellet mix) and I left it on hops in secondary for 6 weeks.  Was absolutely amazing.  No real grassy flavors, just a little spice with smooth citrus and florals.  I guess…"

( I'm thinking 1 oz (at 1 hour) of noble hops, 1/3oz at 45 min, 1/3oz at 30min last 1/3oz at 15)THANKS!-jim-See More
