Usually ill hit the tank with 30 psi, bleed some out and hit it again then shake it for two min and repeat. There are some other tips, like having the solution cold helps dissolve the co2 , but not having the co2 get into solution the way you are…

Carbonation

Been Having problems with carbonating my rootbeer. I finally have my brew carbonation figured out but when it comes to rootbeer....... I use 40 psi for two days, then 20 for 2 days, then finish with 10, still flat. just put it back up to 40 and has been there for 3 days now. yes I do shake the keg, when I remember, once a day.Can someone give me advise on what they do. Linweld, just North of I-80/35 off on 14th, go to 54th and turn right, next stop after the lumberyard. I use to work at praxair and Linweld is cheaper.
