My guess is you haven't completed the electric brewery build yet? Got parts? Need help?

No I haven't finished yet.  I have all the switches and PID's and timer installed.  Just nothing on the inside yet.  Just haven't had the extra cash for it.  Slowly but surely I will get it done.  But at least I can still brew in the mean time.
