Been busy brewing. 4 more upstairs too. ~170 gallons currently in fermentation.
So I assuming you'll call it quits for the year once you hit the legal 200 gallon limit.
I'll just pretend the year starts now and ignore what has already been brewed this year. Quite a bit of the "evidence" above has since vanished.
