JCHH Rules

1. The list setup is through the IBU events coordinator (at the moment it's Dennetta). You need to send out the emails and twitter updates to promote your night, but let the Coordinator know if you can't or don't know how to do this.
   
2. Newer members who never served before must be paired up with somebody first.
   
3. The max kegs being served is 6 kegs. Plan on being paired with somebody.  2 kegs min for the night. If you can't produce 2 kegs, then you either give up the night slot or get paired with somebody.
   
4. It starts at 6:00 and ends at 8:00, You can keep going if your night is busy and you still have beer but just be civil about time.
5. You have to run sanitizer through the lines after done serving. IBU has a keg of water and sanitizer at El Bait Shop. El Bait Shop will no longer do this. They will clean the box later in the week. This is mandatory! You will no longer serve if you leave the box dirty or damaged.
   
6. If you can't make your spot or are swapping, please let the Events Coordinator know and make sure the list above is updated with correct information.
   
7. If you know what beers you are serving, please keep the list updated.
   
8. Max signup is 3 times per year.
   
9. First time sign up dates are: Feb, June, and October IBU monthly meetings for the proceeding year.  Oct sign up period is for (Jan - April), Feb is for (May - Aug), and June is for (Sept - Dec)
