Event Description

Oktoberfest is just around the corner and we will again be celebrating this fest at Dave Osier's place. Thanks Dave! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 8th.

Show up any time after 12 and food being ready to eat around 3 or 4. IBU will be providing smoked pork, brats and potato salad, but if you're coming, please try to bring sides and deserts. We will have a keg of Spaten. But please feel free to bring your own beer. We'll have the jockey boxes on hand to serve. Please bring chairs for your own sitting.

Also, anybody who wants to camp over night, please bring tents to setup. WE DON'T NEED ANYBODY DRIVING HOME WASTED per Dave's request.

P.S. 94th ave is 1st street in Ankeny also just 1 mile North of diagonal so very easy to find.

We are in the midst of planning Oktoberfest for this year. The date has been set for 10/8 with people rolling over to Dave’s any time after 12 and food being ready to eat around 3 or 4. I am looking to get a head count on who is planning on attending so we can start preparing what we need for food. Please also let me know if you will be bringing any of your own beer to share.
